Digital Skills Drought?

We've just put out a survey on Chinwag Jobs to guage what's happening in the recruitment sector. It'll be interesting to get feedback on the problems (or perhaps not) of recruiting and retaining digital people over the last year.

And more importantly, now we're reaching the end of 2007, what does 2008 hold? The survey only takes a couple of mins to fill out and we'll be sharing the results as soon as the numbers have been crunched. Why not fill it in over a nice cup of coffee?
