About Digital Mission

Digital Mission provides an opportunity for companies to expand their business or seek investment overseas.

Each Digital Mission has a range of activities planned with our network of sector experts and local contacts.

Typically, organized events will include a masterclass session, networking, marketing support, meetings with local partners and lots more. Digital Mission companies are encouraged to participate in the local digital scene.

The Missions, organised by Chinwag, have been sponsored and supported by UK Trade & Investment, Winston & Strawn, Codeworks, TechFluff TV, Seedcamp,The Next Web, Momo London amongst many others.

Application process

Applications are open to UK-based, SMEs operating in the digital sector through a competitive selection process. Successful companies are judged by a Digital Mission advisory board, comprising experts from across the digital industry and sector specialists.

The Chinwag community is a focal point for digital media practitioners in the UK and beyond. Founded in 1996, it has grown into a community media company that publishes websites, discussion forums and blogs supporting the people and companies who work in the digital industry. In February 2007 the Chinwag Live events series launched, topical panel discussions that have also gone on tour to Manchester and the Internet World and ad:tech conferences. They also publish Chinwag Jobs, the leading recruitment website for digital marketing, media, technical and design positions.
