The Small Business Guide to Effective Social Media Marketing
Event Info
Description
We would like to invite you to come along to The Small Business Guide to Effective Social Media Marketing, an insight-packed workshop that takes you through the 7 steps for building and maintaining an effective marketing presence on free social media platforms like Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook and blogs.
This free workshop is brought to you via the LEAD programme at the University of Salford. Sign up.
LEAD is specifically aimed at companies with up to 20 employees and is designed to equip owner-managers with the skills and abilities they need to increase profits, capitalise on new opportunities and make the most of their existing resources, both internal and external.
Since its inception, over 150 business owner-managers have benefited from this 10 month leadership programme and there are a further 230 delegates currently in the process of graduating.
According to the BBC, the average British web user spends nearly 'one day a month online.’ The lion's share of that time is spent on social network sites or blogs, which accounts for nearly a quarter of users' time online. Isn’t it time you learnt how to grow and market your business or organisation on these free social networks?
At our event you will learn how to reduce marketing costs by generating qualified leads using social media marketing. Find out how to develop and action a social media strategy for your business that will work.
We will also share case studies of SMEs who have successfully adopted social media marketing and explain what they are doing to get results.
This workshop is developed and delivered by Chi-chi Ekweozor, director of Real Fresh TV, a social media training and implementation consultancy. Clients include T-Mobile, PUMA, Arts Council England, Manchester Digital Development Agency and Contact Theatre Manchester.
Please note: places are strictly limited and are available on a first come first served basis only. Book now to avoid missing out.
