Anything planned for the afternoon of Wednesday 27th September? Fancy sampling some Chinwag Live action at ad:tech London? Well this year you can...

It's Chinwag Live 'On Tour' as our panel discussion 'Media Widgetised' hits the UK's biggest online marketing conference and exhibition as part of the exhibition's Digital Consumer Forum.

Our session asks: how will the growth of widgets, aggregators and web-feeds effect the online and mobile media landscape?

When you can get all your favourite bits of the web delivered to a feed reader or personalised homepage, bypassing the "destination website" setup, what are the implications for brands, marketing and digital media?

This seems to be where things are heading as media is delivered by RSS and content is "widgetised" - deportalized, snipped, aggregated and mashed up everywhere...
