Our speaker tonight is Chris Ketley, Director of Beechgate Consulting who provides consultancy and senior interim management in Digital Customer Transformation and Online Business Development – previously at Aviva, HSBC Commercial Banking, Bupa, Pru Health and currently at EDF Energy

Overview: At this evening’s dinner Chris will provide insight and top tips on managing digital transformation, a process that he has implemented in many different organisations. He will share his experience and provide practical advice on the challenges of getting started, barriers to progression, securing senior stakeholder buy-in, planning an effective strategy and practical advice on delivering change within established big brand businesses.

Chris has extensive experience and a proven track record in transformation marketing and digital leadership across B2C and B2B market segments. As Director of his own company Beechgate Consulting Limited Chris works with CEO’s, senior stakeholders, executive board members and digital agencies in shaping their online customer transformation strategies and turnaround programmes, blending vision and strategy creation with agile operational development to deliver new brand and user experiences, incremental revenue, cost benefits and improved operational efficiencies across all aspects of business. Chris have a proven track record in integrated marketing, Digital Transformation and leadership across B2C and B2B, delivering new brand user experiences. Ecommerce solutions and commercial benefits including incremental revenue, cost savings and improved operation.
Chris’ recent achievement include:
• A new upstream digital planning process, joined up with a re-engineered development and delivery pipeline for a top 6 Utilities company.
• The new online user experience design of a £10m+ digital sales and customer experience transformation programme for a major health insurance brand and its health and wellness proposition.
• Turnaround digital transformation strategy and plan across customer segments for a market leading Health and Wellbeing insurance group that created an acknowledged step-change in its ecommerce capabilities including a flexible new online health insurance proposition, a new multiple self-serve capability and new mobile platform.
• The 3 year strategic digital marketing transformation plan for a global commercial bank including the redesign of it public website and online customer experience.
