Meet The Communties is a free event on Friday 1 October at the Department of Energy & Climate Change in London, to help bring some of the managers of big online communities including Netmums, The Student Room, BusinessZone and more together with agencies and public sector clients.
Clearly, the public sector has less money to spend on traditional marketing, so it’s a good time to explore how sustained, two-way partnerships with online communities can help government and citizens communicate better and more openly.
But it's also a great opportunity for agencies with commercial clients to chat to a bunch of the UK's biggest online communities, for free, in one place, about potential partnerships and marketing opportunities to their members.
