Aimed at all Manchester businesses and digital agencies - An Introduction to the possibilities of automated customer acquisition and engagement through chat platforms - using 'Bots'.
The future of online customer interaction is through conversational interfaces - messaging apps. Brands will want to be represented where the most eyes fall - in Facebook Messenger, in Whatsapp, Twitter, SMS - anywhere that conversation is happening.
For this reason, Flow XO, Facebook, Microsoft and others have all launched 'Chat Bot' platforms in the last few months, in an attempt to bring automation and efficiency to customer engagament through these channels.
This event aims to cut through the buzz around Bots - and consider the current and future application of customer engagement and service through automated conversation.
Join Flow XO on the day for an introduction to current landscape, rigorous dicussion, Q&A with industry experts and an opportunity to get first hand experience building and deploying your own Bots into conversational interfaces. The best use case coming out of this Hackathon will win a days' consultancy with Flow XO and 3 months hosting of their Bot for either you or your client. The workshop starts at 10am, but breakfast networking is also available - separate registration needed here.
