With the UK National Security Strategy coming to an end of its lifespan in 2015, this timely seminar examines the emerging cyber security priorities for the UK and Europe. Delegates will assess the achievements and remaining gaps as the UK and EU Governments, businesses and cyber security service providers attempt to reduce the threat and impact of cyber attacks. Delegates will also consider the challenge of boosting the uptake of best practice in private and commercial online security and the role of collaborative arrangements, including public/private cyber incident response initiatives. The conference will bring together stakeholders from across the TMT sectors and critical infrastructure providers, their advisors and suppliers, as well as academics, citizen groups and other interested parties. We are delighted that Andrew Archibald, Head, National Cyber Crime Unit, National Crime Agency; The Rt Hon Dame Margaret Beckett MP, Chair, National Security Strategy Committee and Steve Purser, Head of Core Operations Department, ENISA have agreed to deliver keynote addresses at this seminar.
