The Wired Cumbria Team are pleased to be working in partnership with The Factory, Kendal to host the next Kendal & South Lakeland Wired Cumbria event. This event will be held in the new excellent facilities provided by Cactus Creative in centre of Kendal with ample parking and easy access from the train station.
We would like to invite digital and creative business and freelancers from Kendal, South Lakeland and Barrow Peninsula to join us for an evening of business networking over some liquid refreshment and some nibbles.
We are working on the growing success of Wired Cumbria events in Ulverston, Kendal, Penrith, Carlisle and West Coast. The success can be measured in the growing number of business collaboration and partnerships which arise out of the events – where business and freelancers look to aggregate the service to attract a wider client need.
The event is designed to attract 40+ business owners and freelancers working across the south cumbria area of Cumbria as well as inviting businesses from further afield. The event will be an opportunity for like minded businesses to network in a relaxed and busy atmosphere without having to listen to sales pitches!! Instead the event will be an occasion to explore business opportunities, outsourcing options, matching up with freelancers or getting to explore alliances between complementary agencies over a cold glass of beer / wine or hot coffee. And a butty or two.....
Wired Cumbria is a ‘purely’ facilitated networking event, aimed at providing individual delegates with a bespoke number of introductions to business matched against their needs...as well as the event’s own list of Calls for Collaborations generated by the registered delegates
This is a free event, and there will be a free bar and refreshments.
The Wired Cumbria events are part of the Cumbria Rural Growth Network / Cumbria Business Growth Hub activities aimed at supporting the Digital, Creative and ICT sector in Cumbria.
