Dachis Group London is excited to announce its first Social Business Fundamentals event of 2013 - Social Strategy in Financial Services. Drawing on our experiences, we will be holding an interactive session exploring drivers for social within the sector, and how to go about creating a social strategy for a financial services firm.
Because of the regulatory environment, the finance sector has seen a slower uptake of social than other industry verticals. To help you start your firm's social journey, we will examine the overarching social strategy and its high-level components - internal and external social initiatives i.e. collaboration, adoption, engagement etc.
During the session, we will cover the following:
- What does a social strategy look like?
- Who are the key stakeholders & how can you engage them?
- What are the perceived barriers to doing social
- How can you maximise adoption?
- How do you measure impact and success?
- All of our discussions will be grounded in experiences, lessons learned and case studies.
Our event will take place at Dachis Group London on 18th April 2012 at 6.30pm, with drinks from 6pm. We are aiming for a relaxed and interactive session, with plenty of time for discussion, Q&A and networking. There are limited spaces at this event so be sure to register early.
