Dachis Group London would like to invite you to the second event in our monthly series of Social Media Fundamentals. In this session we will discuss social recruitment.
The year 2012 is being hailed as the year of social recruiting going mainstream. Although most available statistics are US based, in Dachis Group Europe we see an increasing number of clients coming to us with this challenge in mind.
Even as the European market is still finding its feet in this field, there is increasing acknowledgment of the benefits social technologies offer in the key organisational function that is recruitment - cost efficiency, scalability, leveling field for organisations of smaller size, relationship building, social referrals - to name a few. With European consumers strongly embracing social media it makes perfect business sense for employer brands to be aware of the need to meet their potential hires in their channel of choice.
So where do you start in your organisation when you approach recruitment socially? How do you define your vision and organise internally for social? How do you measure success and if your approach is reaping results?
During this session we will aim to cover the above questions. We will start by discussing how social media impacts recruitment, and what the wider European trends are. We will cover various case studies so you can take away tangible examples of strategies that work. We’ll then focus on the necessary elements of execution, and finish with data and measurement.
Our event will take place at Dachis Group London on 30th August 2012 at 6.30pm, with drinks beforehand at 6pm. We are aiming for a relaxed and interactive session, with plenty of time for discussion, Q&A and networking.
