It is impossible to ignore the impact of e-communications such as e-mail, intranets and the internet. Web writers and designers need to be able to create excellent copy that will impact on screen, as well as on paper. In this workshop, delegates will learn key techniques to ensure web words have the right impact on visitors to their site, hold visitor interest, and make them return to their site again and again.
