In this one day workshop we’ll examine and practice cutting edge
techniques from the Agile and Lean software development movements:
techniques proven to help leaders build more effective teams.
There is a heavy emphasis on both learning by doing and experience

you can immediately apply in your day-to-day team life. The workshop is
