This month the Limited WIP Society presents an experience report by Nader Talai, an active member of the London agile community. Nader will present his experiences working with a geographically spread team accross two location in UK and two sites in India, discussing what they achieved and how they tackled all the weird and wonderful challenges along the way.
The team Nader worked with was newly formed and Nader was new to the organisation. The team had many members that members that had been working with the organisation for a while and this was their first encounter with agile software delivery.
We had a big visible magnetic white board and electronic tool, we used physical photos of the board, excel representations and board buddy to synchronise the board across sites.
To find out more about how we did and if the impact on the policies we used, things we got wrong, what worked and lessons we learnt as well as how we provided visibility of what we were working on and when we will done to the team and the other stakeholders sign up for the June session of Limited WIP Society.
There will be an opportunity to talk more in about what we learnt in the Hat and Feathers pub afterwards (corner of Goswell Rd and Clerkenwell Rd)
