Description

For the fourth Bootlaw session and the first of 2009, we have opened up the choice of topic to the democratic process. The US election-themed choices are as follows:

• Change you can pay for: buying customers, technology and employees - M&A transactions
  
• Bill baby bill: making more money from your business - Licensing and affiliate agreements
  
• Yes we're canned: Hiring and firing - employment issues.
  

Please visit the polls page (via the tab on the menu bar at the top left hand side of the page) and cast your vote. The good news is that there will be no hanging chads or faulty voting machines and the polls will stay open until we have a clear result, or early January, whichever is the earliest.
