UKNM: Intranet advertising

Hi,


We are developing a multi-company leisure orientated intranet for a business

park and are researching, amongst other things, companies who might be

interested in advertising on this site.


Firstly, can anyone point me in the right direction as to how we might

formulate rates for such an intranet, bearing in mind that although the

number of actual users will be comparatively small to begin with, (approx

2500; this will grow to c 10,000 within 3-5 years) we are anticipating high

frequency of use.


Secondly, can anyone suggest ways of finding out information on user habits

and stats when it comes to intranets? I have found some information on

'corporate' intranets but am struggling with leisure orientated intranets.
