UKNM: Researching a new product

Hi All,


Some market research here - your help please.


We are designing a new product which is suitable for start up web

hosting companies.


There are many things we can add in but I want to get a basic product

out the door first.


The following are the basic principles - if anyone has the time I would

appreciate their comments and suggestions on what else is needed or is

missing.


1.  Dedicated Servers for the Hosting Company

2.  Guaranteed bandwidth

3.  Management interface for creating and managing the server (load

statistics, reboot, IP configuration, email list management)

4.  Management interface for creating and managing Virtual Sites.

5.  Caching Servers to increase speed

6.  Backup service

7.  Community Web Site for Development and support issues.

8.  Fixed Price.
