UKNM: Online Media Schedule Evaluation

Does anyone know if there is any software in existence that allows one to 

evaluate the reach of an online media schedule like there is with 

traditional media (i.e. TGI etc) Also, is there any software that could 

potentially measure potential effectiveness/reach of keywords?
