Nicky Swain

Nicky Swain is HR Director at online marketing and creative agency, Digital Outlook and has 12 years experience in HR & recruitment working within entertainment.

Her passion for working with creative talented people started at Virgin Records where she worked in HR for over 5 years before joining recruitment agency Handle as Senior Consultant for 3 years, managing the majority of their major music clients. From there, she was asked to join Digital Outlook to help grow and develop the company to where it is today.

Nicky works across the business to ensure that they attract, engage, develop and retain people with the highest potential and performance and that all activities, operations and policies support and engage their people.
