more importantly, why send an email telling me to pick up mail on their
Java app?
I can understand it for genuinely private information, but if, as in my
case as well, you get refused, just tell me in the bloody normal email. I
don't want to trek all the way back to your site to find it out.
And anyway, the URL they were sending out in the pre-launch customer emails
http://www.smile.co.uk does not contain the 'collect your account details'
button. it's on http://www.smile.co.uk/VIPenrolment until, I presume,
their launch tomorrow.
smile? humph. I don't think so. :(
