Anyone here involved in Pets Pyjamas?

I headed off to http://www.petspyjamas.com/ today after seeing an advert on
TV. Being the owner of two cats, I'm very keen in finding an alternative to
lugging 15 cans of cat food and a ton of cat litter up the hill to my house
each week, so on arrival to the site I headed straight into the shop where
I found NO products whatsoever. A call to the 0800 number given on the site
provoked little response except an assertion that I'd be sent a paper
catalogue through the post next week.

So, the TV commercial having sowed the idea in my head of buying my pet
stuff on-line, I went off to find a competitor to Pets Pyjamas and indeed I
did - Animail at http://www.animail.co.uk/ Despite a somewhat clunky
ordering system, I did find my usual brand of cat food and litter, and
ended up spending �54.29.. I'm sure there will be more orders should the
stuff turn up as planned...

Shouldn't the first rule of TV marketing be: if the site you're advertising
can't deliver what you promise in your commercial, then pull the campaign?
