It's not glee, it's disappointment/disgust. boo.com is getting a huge
amount of publicity. It's going to be many people's first experience of an
e-commerce site, and (for them) be representative of e-commerce as a
whole. That's, IMHO, the worst thing about it - it doesn't affect me in
the slightest if their site is inaccessible and unusable by a large number
of people.

I can't believe no-one from Organic is on this list, but the PR company
