Ok here we go .....


I asked for delivery between 6pm and 8pm ... finally arrived at 9.15pm.

Arrived in a cab, delivered by a sweaty muppet that couldnt find my door, 

(ever heard of a a-z?), I had to unload all the bags from the cab myself. 

Found that some things didnt arrive, extra products did, some things I 

was charged less than the site price and more than the site price for 

others!!


I complained, as i usually do, and got a very sympathetic reply with a 

�10 voucher.


i cant be bothered really!!
