And the moral of all this Tesco Direct / Iceland / Waitrose / Jungle /
Marbles hate mail is as follows:

1. Get customer service right but don't expect any thanks (except the Tesco
plus from Geoff )
2. Get it wrong and expect at least 800 other people to know about it PDQ
3. All email discussion groups eventually degenerate into general moaning
and groaning about "bad service" because if you tried talking about it in
the pub, you'd end up drinking alone.
