All the above can help you with the UK.
Also speak to Yahoo! as they did some research with Ziff-Davis and Dell
into European Net users.
As far as US is concerned, the usual mix of www.jup.com
www.dataquest.com will give you some info to help you out.
Maybe, it's time for us to have a FAQ section somewhere as these
questions pop up on a regular basis.
