How about the service that will pay 25p to every user for every hour

online?!  Plus an extra 5p per hour for referrals...Not an ISP but a company

serving banners at the foot of the page in a floating window, standard size.

Minimize/close the window and you no longer qualify for payments.

Thing about this one is that you use Screaming.net as your ISP and then

leave your system on all off peak hours, raking in the cash.

Be interesting to see how they do
