It'll be interesting to see how popular or not as the case may be for
the monthly tech support fee is for the likes of Virgin offering them.

They are charging �5.99 a month for tech support via a local call as
opposed to paying �1 (last time I looked, but good well be 50p now!) a
minute for non-monthly subscription.
