If you are in London, look up 'The Back Shop' or search out Posturite
(Chelmsford but travelling reps) Posturite do a 'fitting service' and I
think
they'll let you have a chair on 14 days SOR. They are both experts in proper
seating - you'll be looking at 250 and upwards - anything less is a gamble
but you can do a lot with a normal chair and having the height adjusted
properly. If you have no back problems you need hip/pelvic support rather
than upper back. Feet should be flat on floor or use a foot rest.

Keep rotating those shoulders and take a break every 20 minutes.
