Well to me it's a CRM point - give people the option of how they want
to be contacted. I deal with lots of suppliers, and they know the
best way to contact me is by email. It's win-win - you know more
about how to communicate with your customers (on a 1-to1 basis), and
the customer thinks you're the bees knees :)
