Thanks for the mention Keith.

The reason we send results by smail mail is that we send out an information
pack at the same time. We've done lots of testing on this - emailing the
results meant by the time people got the pack they had forgotten about the
report altogether and accused us of 'cold calling'

Faxing it brought a better rememberance rate, but still lots of abuse for my
staff when they called.

Snail mailing it means they get the report and the info at the same time -
basically they have something in their hands telling them their prospective
clients can't find them, and something else saying 'here's how to remedy
this'

Works hundreds of times better for us!
