I know that E-mail customer service is important in this day and age so
I thought I'd share this little exchange I've been having with
Brightware, one of the leading vendors of email management systems.

The story is this:

Monday morning, I filled out a request for info on their website. I got
an instant auto-response, telling me someone from the UK office would
contact me shortly. This morning, having received nothing, I replied to
the original mail.

It bounced.

I'll be looking forward to meetings with E-gain, and Kana.
