A couple of questions regarding these guys and themutual.  What happens when OFTEL change

their pricing mechanism?  If Freeserve can't make money solely off call charges why are

these guys different (especially with no cash behind them)? Why don't they just lower the

Telco charge by giving back a rebate check every quarter?  I.e., like so many things out

there, if it sounds like a gimmick, talks like a gimmick and walks like a gimmick, it must

be a gimmick.  Hope Dr.Gregory (renowned Internet guru that he is) recoups his original

investment.
