Since my 1st Mac (the 128K model) I have only used 1 monitor. I have
occasionally wished for a 2nd so that different programs are in
different windows on different monitors. I have gotten by with
running my monitor at 1600 x 1200 (which Flash insists on filling up
by default hiding all other windows which makes the floating Finder
popup useful).
I guess I can see how long timelines across multiple monitors would
be useful, but I wonder if there are other less obvious reasons your
people insist on multiple monitores. They may help me justify the
expense to the Queen ;-)
Cheers,
Bill
