Re: FLASH: text field-scroll

Thanks John. 

What I mean is that I want a text field to load from a text file. I like 

Colin's, but the text is written within Flash. 

By formatting, therefore, (as far as I know) you can't use that and 

have sentence breaks, paragraphs, a header, change fonts, put 

things in bold etc. 

The other tutorials I find (many) don't have the constant scroll by 

holding down the mouse. They scroll one line at a time with each 

click, or they load only what will fit in the text field, with no 

scrolling. 

Colin's is really good (I think) but I want to write the text for it in 

Notepad, not in flash. AL
