hi jon,
one way would have been to import the video as a standard avi file and
then open it in painter where i posterize the whole
clip using a color set comprised of only two colors. then i save these as
individual frames and imported them into flash where
i used trace bitmap to vectorize them this might not have been the easiest
way but this worked for me.
