Well the first thing you can do is a Preload of your movie.
This will get rid of the glitch of the buttons working but nothing
showing up.
There several tutorials for doing this, just about all of the Flash
tutorials have one.
A preload, is a couple of frames that loop with a small animation to
let you know the movie is preloading that plays until the entire movie
is loaded for which it then moves on to play the rest of the movie.
And I'd suggest getting rid of that scrolling text in the upper left hand
corner
I'm connected at 48K right now and never had a button roll over that slow.
And I'm quite sure it's not your SWF movie either.
Make the scrolling text a Flash animation in itself rather than a using
that script.
3rd, I found that you are using a Java Applet for which i wouldn't have
know about
without looking at you HTML Source, it's kewl and all that but is it
necessary ?
I must say your graphics are pretty nice tho.
I'd say try the preloader and remove the Scrolling Text Script and Java
Applet, save it
as a different file if you want and re-upload it to your server, I'll bet
that makes a world
or difference.
Well you did ask for criticism =c)
