I had the same problem. It's not a Mac thing, it looks great on
IE 4.5 on a Mac, but it'll behave unpredictably on Netscape.

After searching for solutions to this, I found out in the
netscape developers pages, that this is a 'feature' of netscape:
it approximates all frames sizes, none are precise.

isn't it just...,well... 'great'.

it helps to include:

topmargin="0" leftmargin="0" marginwidth="0" marginheight="0"

in the <body> tag of every frame.

And, just like you did:

marginwidth="0" marginheight="0"

on every <frame> tag.
