Hi again Renu,
I can't remember Flash3 all that well...but in Flash 4 there are five
buttons directly below the timline, to the left of the little info boxes
telling you what frame you are in and the movie frame rate. I think Flash3
only has three buttons - onion skin, onion skin outline and "edit multiple
frames"
