I'm unable to download a copy of the FLA (it should be put on FTP or

compressed in zip or bin-hex becuse there is no MIME for FLAs.

Verify that the machines are actually properly set up with Flash 4 by

looking for About Flash 4 in the player's menu (right click on Flash

file in Windows). Then verify Flash 4 actively by sending the person to

a site using Flash 4.

The following is a good test, In Flash 3 there will be no sound and you

won't be able to drag the ball.  ---->

The latest version 1.2 now includes Autostart, so if you don't have 1.2

get it.
