Hi,
best is I think to get the mouse coordinates and then
check if the x and y coordinates are within the field which
is your droptarget.
If it's true, the dropped MC get's the new property(so it's snapped to the
place you want.
But take care with the point zero of an MC .Its the half of the stage, bear
that in mind.
