FLASH: OT: swish vs. FlaFX??

sorry for of topic.

I want to buy something for texteffects. First:is swish something for

effects? Where can I find it?

Second: what do you think about the FlaFX (http://www.flashtool.de/en/

german page but also english).

I'm new to Flash and more or less I like everything in german language

so it's easyier for me to "get" it.
