I agree with Mark on this...just kinda depends on what you have going on. I

guess if I had a default method I would load movies into a MC. But I can't

really even say that because every situation calls for different strategies.


The best bet is to use the Bandwidth Profiler and size reports to see where

you need to take things. They are your best friend:)
