FLASH: The best way to load another swf

I'm sorry to throw you guys this very basic question.  I know the answer on

this is out somewhere but it seems it didn't give specific answer to my

question.


I just want to know what is the BEST way to load another movie clip, scene

or swf.  What I mean is that I have a very small SWF file running when the

the surfer got into my site ( a loading bar or something ) then once it's

finished loading all the stuff it will go into entirely new scene.


I know I have several options on doing this, but I want to know which is the

best way.


a)  Put into "SCENES".

b)  Load movie action.

c)  Put everything in one big movie and use "Go to" action.

d)  Refresh Meta Tag on "HTML"

e)  FS Command/ Javascript
