FLASH: inconsistent loadmovie behavior

I'm using loadmovie several different times, when I test in flash, the

layering works ok, but when I play it in flash player the movie I want on

top (loaded into level 10) plays beneath movies loaded into level 1)


I need the movie loaded into level10 to always be on to (like it is when I

test in flash), What have I mixed up?
