Is the movie preloaded into a spot on the page? (i.e. it's sitting there
with a blank key frame or something?)

I've read thru a ton of past threads but didn't see this one.

My scripting is the worst. Is it possible to have a standard HTML/JS
mouseOver that triggers a small pre-loaded SWF file ?
