Deluxe Paint was a bitmap program that had some animation features
using multi-frame bitmap brushes. You might be thinking of
Aegis Animator, which was a vector-based animation program.
It was formerly known as Zoetrope on the Atari ST, and later
its creator also ported it to the PC as Autodesk's Animator Pro.
