You could quick check the mime type and make *sure* it's right with a
View, Page Info in Netscape (should be application/x-shockwave-flash).
Can't think of any other reason, and maybe you just got lucky with the
other Flash apps... ;-) Or could you have older versions of the Flash
player on the pc's that don't support something in the flash file?

Yes, but that's only an issue with Mac IE 4.5, afaik.
