Try exporting as Illustrator (.ai) and then opening in FH. Haven't had any
trouble going that route. There is also the .eps route, but I'd definitely
try the .ai file first. You can always take the eps to Photoshop if you have
to. BTW, if your image is vector, anything that smacks of eps is the only
useful format. BMPs and PNGs are going to be useless in the print world.
