my mac just froze after a whole nights work.   aggggggh

G4 running Final Cut Pro

mouse still moves - but nothing else seems to respond.

dont know the mac os - dont want to crash it

and potentially loose everything if there is still a

way to save it . . anyone with mac experience that can
