FLASH: Perfect size?

Hi Guys,

 

In terms of screen sizes and browser sizes, which is the perfect size to start a movie at and the perfect size (in percentages) to display it on the screen. I have had a lot of trouble with this one since I got "flashed" and I feel its about time I got rid of it........

 

I know normal web designs are at 600x300 but what about flash.... same?

And when displaying I usually use 100%x100%....... I usually feel that goes "above" the point of display into another universe..... cant see it at all!

How about 90x90%? what do u all use?

 

Gimme an idea and I would be very greatful!
